- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds, ground
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- ½ cup raisins (optional)
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- ¼ cup cacao nibs (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- In a food processor, pulse oats until they reach a finer consistency (like a course flour)
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix to reach a homogeneous consistency
- Spoon out cookie-sized dollops onto parchment-lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10-15 minutes
- Let cool for 10 minutes
