My Favorite Dish All Winter

Hello, all. This post is a bit different. It is not a recipe because the elements of this dish are already posted on this page. I just wanted to immortalize the meal that has nourished me for months now and will remain a staple in my diet once the weather turns cold again. Also, I love how the pictures came out. So here is me indulging in some beautiful colors and moody lighting. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 aloo gobi, recipe here
  • 1 curried butternut squash red lentil soup, recipe here
  • 1 drizzle raita sauce, recipe here
  • Cilantro, chopped (garnish)
  • Nigella seeds (garnish)
  • Hemp seeds (garnish)

Method

  1. Serve aloo gobi and lentil soup in equal measures
  2. Garnish with raita sauce, cilantro, nigella seeds, and hemp seeds
  3. Enjoy
